Nomade.mobi does not charge a restocking fee. Just check the Terms and Conditions | Smartphone Accessories, Tablets to make sure that your cellular accessories can be returned.
If you do not have an account with Nomade.mobi, you can still view your orders and get your invoices by using the "orders and returns" form at the bottom of the page under information.
For all returns and exchanges of cell phone or tablet accessories, you will need
The original receipt (invoice) for your purchase - Please login and obtain your invoice OR call us at 1-888-220-5640 for a copy.
The original method of payment
The original packaging and all items included by the manufacturer or Nomade.mobi (including all manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items).
Important: In the event that a returned order is missing an item, the order will be refused or the value of the missing items, including gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items (e.g., a gift card) will be deducted from the total credit amount.
