For all returns and exchanges of cell phone or tablet accessories, you will need:

  1. The original receipt (invoice) for your purchase – Please sign in and get your invoice OR call us at 1-888-220-5640 to get a copy.
  2. The original method of payment
  3. The original packaging and all items included by the manufacturer or (including all manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items).

Important : In the event that an item is missing from a returned order, it will be refused or the value of the missing items, including gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items (e.g. a gift card) will be deducted from the total amount of the loan.
